BEFORE you bid or purchase, please look carefully at my pictures as this is the exact item you will receive. Many of the items are previously owned or used and all are sold “as is.” I am not an expert on the items being sold but I try to accurately describe each item to the best of my ability. I would not purposely misrepresent any item and I point out any imperfections that I find. When I list an item as “Vintage”, “Pre-owned”, or “Gently Used”, there may be slight imperfections due to age, storage or previous use and such should be expected. If I miss something I will certainly work with you to correct. I should not be held responsible for a difference in opinion on condition and you should be purchasing with complete knowledge of the item. The feedback and sellers rating I receive is very important to me. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction and five stars. Please view pictures and ask questions prior to purchase/bidding. Payment is expected at the end of the auction. If you are bidding on more than one item and are waiting for combined shipping or if there is a question or other reason why you cannot pay for your item immediately, please contact me so that I can turn off the unpaid item assistant that automatically responds after three days if the item is not paid for. If for any reason you do not feel you can leave a positive feedback, please contact me before making a rating so we can resolve any issues with your purchase. I always try to ship within 1 business day of receiving payment and often same day if item sale is completed before noon on a weekday. Remember while shipping costs can sometimes seem high, I try to calculate shipping carefully so as not to overcharge.

I do accept returns and will refund only the cost of the item if you are unhappy with your purchase. Sealed (New in Package) items may only be returned if they have not been opened and remain exactly as sent. If an item is vintage or marked "sold as is" in the listing it is not returnable unless there has been an error in the description.
Please contact me within 72 hours of receiving the item if there is a problem. I will always work with a reasonable buyer to insure a happy outcome.
In most cases the buyer pays for return shipping.
I take care in packaging items to insure safe arrival ~ however if an item should be damaged in shipping please save all packing materials and contact me right away. If I need to file an insurance claim the packaging as well as the broken item may have to be inspected by USPS. I usually only ship breakable items insured through USPS Priority Mail.
My home is smoke and pet free, however I purchase from a variety of sources and cannot guarantee the environment they originated from. I will not purchase or sell any item that has any evidence of smoke or pet odor.
I ship ONLY to the US unless the listing states available through the GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM.
